U4GM What scorestreaks work best in 20v20 mode in Black Ops 7
#1
Large 20v20 fights in Black Ops 7 are a different game from small maps. You face wide maps, many objectives, and constant enemy pushes. Your scorestreak choices must help the whole team, not just one player. If you want to test combos and timing before taking them into public matches, practice the packages in a CoD BO7 Bot Lobby so you can see how each streak changes the flow without the pressure of a live match.

Tactical intelligence comes first. In big modes your team needs to know where enemies gather and which way they face. Use low-cost sweeps often and then push with the info. UAVs give simple, repeatable map dots and let teammates choose safe routes. HARP or higher tier intel tools add facing direction and clearer scans so a push can be timed to catch defenders rotating. These streaks keep large teams from being surprised and make coordinated attacks easier.

Area denial is the next priority. Large maps have long lanes and tight chokepoints that you must hold or break. Napalm style strikes and continuous bombardment tools force enemies out of cover and slow their advances. Use a Napalm Strike to seal off a lane or to stop a capture while your team repositions. Use the LDBR or similar localized bombardment to keep enemies from retaking an objective while your squad clears the area. These effects shape the map and create space for your team to work.

Automated defenses free you from covering every angle yourself. Place sentry turrets to guard flanks and to punish predictable pushes. Bring reliable ground bots like the D.A.W.G. where you want a moving guard that can handle pressure and contest objectives when your team is tied up elsewhere. These systems do not replace players, but they hold pressure while teammates rotate or while you call in heavier support. Set them to cover the most common entry points and let them buy time for a coordinated hold.

EMP and similar counters are crucial in 20v20. With 40 players there will be more field upgrades, more equipment, and more streaks on the field. An EMP clears the enemy’s active devices, stops air threats temporarily, and removes a lot of the chaos at once. Use the EMP before a big team push to leave the other side blind and to make air streaks safer to call in. If the enemy is stacking streaks like they are in a Bot Lobby farm, a well-timed EMP turns their momentum into a moment your team can exploit.

Bring a small intel streak you can call often, add one or two area-denial tools, and keep a counter like EMP ready. Swap one choice for an automated defender when you need a steady hold, or trade up to a VTOL or Legion when you need a decisive clear. Practice the combos in private matches or a CoD BO7 Bot Lobby buy and note how each streak changes enemy movement and objective timings.
